– Power or full squat are both options
– High Hang, Hang, Ground
– Building to heavy, no fail weight for the day X 12 minutes

B.
EMOTM X 5 Rounds (19 minutes)

Min 1: 3 Position Snatch @ working weight
– Using approx. 90% of heavy from Part A.
Min 2: RDL X 10-12 reps
Min 3: Burpees over the barbell X 1 minute
Min 4: Rest X 1 minute
