Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

– Building, (1+1+1)
– Take 10 minutes building to working weight at or around 80% of C&J 1rm
– This is a 5% increase from last week

EMOTM X 5 Rounds; (19 minutes)

Min 1: Hang Power Clean X 3-5 reps @ working weight from Part A
Min 2: Front Squats X 5-7 reps @ working weight from Part A
Min 3: Toes to Bar or Vups X 1 minute
Min 4: Rest X 1 minute

*Recording total reps from each round with station 3!
