– Full Squat encouraged! 
– Focus on improving speed under the bar and receiving at or below parallel
– Building x 10 minutes

5 Rounds: 3 minutes on/ 1 min off (19 min)

P. Cleans X 3 reps
FR Reverse Lunge X 6 reps
Tall Box Jumps X 9 reps

*BB weight should be no more than 50% of C&J 1rm.
