Here is the 1, 2, 3 on this. Once a year we ask our community to donate to something greater than ourselves; and every year we support 2 amazing organizations. World Sport Chicago and The Wounded Warrior Project. We need your help to raise not only money but awareness! We will finish up our fundraiser on Nov. 2nd with a 17 min workout that will leave you fighting for air. The night of November 2nd we will host a crazy Halloween costume party to celebrate hitting our goal!

Handstand Skill Focus: Kickups and walks
Beginners will be focusing on position and maintaining a tight hollow-body form while working on balance in the movement.
Advanced movers who can demonstrate a handstand hold without assistance for 2 seconds, will be working on the transitions to start moving across the floor with control.
We will all be working with partners/spotters on this one!
