– 8RM should be approx. 75% of Backsquat 1rm
– Goal is to add 10lbs from week 1 weight!
– Take 12 minutes

Drop Sets X 2 X 8 reps
Drop Sets are 10% less than heavy for the day!
Every 2 minutes

7 Minutes On
Row 1000/750 meters
*Finish rest of time with Amrap of the following:
6 X Wallballs, unbroken
3 X Toes to Bar
Rest 2 minutes
Row 1000/750 meters
*Finish rest of time with Amrap of the following:
6 X Power Jerks, unbroken
3 X Bar Over Burpees
*Whatever weight you choose for the wall ball and Power Jerks, it must always be unbroken every round!
