Build to heavy set for the day!

Power Clean + Pushpress, (1+1)
– Take 12 Minutes

B.
Every 2 Minutes X 3 Rounds
: Each round for time;
Power Clean and P. Jerk X 10 reps, AFAP!
Rest Remaining time of each round!
– Using between 60-70% of heavy from Part A.
– Choose a weight that allows you to perform at least sets of 3 unbroken reps at a time.

C.
3 Rounds: EMOTM X 40 on 20 off;

Min 1: Bent Over Row
– Using weight from Part B.
Min 2: Russian Twist
– Plate or medball
Min 3: Superman Back Extension
