Hang Power Clean

– Build to challenging working weight triple for the day
– Take 10 minutes
– This is week #1 on a 4 week progression building on this power and speed movement.

B.
Every 2-2.5 minutes X 4 Rounds; (8-10 minutes)

Hang Power Clean
– Using heavy triple from part A.
* Follow with: Handstand Hold facing Wall X 30-40 seconds
– Choose any angle you can wall climb safely into and out of position with control!
Rest remaining time of each round!
