12p – Olympic Lifting, Accessory Training and Mobility (90 min class)
1:30p – Lincoln Park Rugby Team Training w/ Coach Noal (private group)
3:30p – Military Team Training w/ Coach David (private group)
Team Hunger Games WOD: a running clock of work. 0:01 – 55:00
Powerlifting & SWOD: good mornings, squats, tricep work
** All athletes doing the March or April powerlifting meet please show up to either do the programming or to work our your lifts. Use this time wisely.
** If anyone else is interested in doing the powerlifting meet please come to class or contact Coach David ([email protected]).
Olympic Lifting: Class will revolve around establishing a 1 rep max in the Snatch or the Jerk. Coach Noal will be ready with cues and drills to get to your goal number. This is a great time to either establish a new number or to find a working number to base your training off of.
