GAMES WOD 13.1 – If you are going to do the games WOD please make sure you come in during open gym from 1p – 3p to work on this.  All scores must be submitted by 5:00p PST, make sure to submit them as early as possible so the CFD team can validate them.  The Reebok CrossFit Games committee will accept no late scores regardless of the reason.

Strength I) Partner Strict Pull Up / Bar Muscle Up Work – 5 sets of 5

Strength II) Turkish KB Get Up 5 sets of 3 (each arm)
* Try to get heavy with this movement.

WOD #1 – 10 Min ARMAP 
10 Right Handed KB Cleans (55/35)
20 Double Unders (or 60 singles)
10 Left Handed KB Cleans (55/35)
20 Double Unders (or 60 singles)

WOD #2 – For Time – 10! (10 min cap)
KB Swings Right Handed to eye level (heaviest possible)
KB Swings Left Handed to eye level (heaviest possible)
Toes 2 Bar (sub with v-ups)
* 10 reps at each station, then 9, then 8, then 7 . . . working all the way down to 1 rep at each station. Work hard and use great form.
