KB Turkish Get Up + KB Side Bends
** 3 TGU’s on each side followed by 13 SB’s each side
** Continue on for 12 – 14 min.

Doubles Unders x 20 (or 60 singles)
30 Pull Ups + 30 Russian KB Swings (70/55)

Details:  Work as far down the list of movements as you can in 2 min.  Stop and rest for 2 Min and then start over and work for 4 min.  Stop and rest for 2 min.  Keep going.  Remember to start over at the beginning after each rest station.
