Why do we always see the same athletes every Thursday? We can almost guarantee who is going to be coming in, when they will come in and what they will be working on. But what about everyone else? The other couple hundred athletes.
To go over what happens on Thursday. There is a coach or two at every class to help offer technique pointers and cues for each athlete. You can work on a missed workout from Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or you can work on a skill that you would like to improve. Either way a coach is there to give you a hand.
5:30a, 6:30a, 12p, 4p, 5p, 6p – Open Gym w/ the coaches
7p – Rowing Endurance w/ Coach David & The Mark Peterson
7p – Olympic Lifting Instruction w/ Coach Noal & Coach Matt
8p – Boxing w/ Coach Ricky **NEW COACH** (will be substituting for Fernando for a few weeks)
8p – Gymnastics w/ Coach Kara
And for anyone who would like to work on the games WOD:
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees (jump to a 6″ target)
30 Snatches (ground to overhead – do not have to squat) 75/45
30 Snatches (135/75)
30 Snatches (165/100)
AMRAP Snatches (210/120)
* Finish 17 min with as many snatches as possible at 210/120.
