Schedule Note for this weekend:  This weekend CFD is hosting the coaches & olympic lifting competition team from California Strength for a 2 day training seminar.  38 spots are filled along with an additional 10 CFD coaching spots to train our asses off.  We currently have 2 open spots, if you are interested in signing up or for more details click here.

We will have a limited schedule due to all the coaches attending this educational seminar.  We apologize for the schedule change and will be coming back to you on Monday with a deeper understanding of coaching & lifting.

Saturday Aug 24th Schedule Change – 8a & 9a Team WODs.  There will also be open gym from 10a – 11:30a so our athletes can do the powerlifting or olympic lifting programming for the day which will be posted on the boards.

Sunday Aug 25th Schedule Change – 8a Simulated Long Run WOD, 8a & 9a KB WODs.

Endurance: Endurance will meet Thursday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m. Workout will be scaled for anyone new to endurance.

Thursday Open Gym Day

To go over what happens on Thursday.  There is a coach or two at every class to help offer technique pointers and cues for each athlete.  You can work on a missed workout from Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or you can work on a skill that you would like to improve.  Either way a coach is there to give you a hand.
