Saturday Olympic Clean Workshop – 10a, 11a, 12p
** Please click on the link to register. There will be 3 heats with a limit of 25 athletes in each group with 3 coaches each hour to cover a focused warm-up, technique and your approach towards a 1RM.
** Saturday Endurance will be at 8AM and 9AM only. No powerlifting this week.
Sunday Endurance Running Seminar – 11a – 1p

On to our day. . .
To go over what happens on Thursday. There is a coach or two at every class to help offer technique pointers and cues for each athlete. You can work on a missed workout from Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or you can work on a skill that you would like to improve. Either way a coach is there to give you a hand. If you missed a 1rm (One Rep Max) in the last couple weeks please try to use today to make that up.

** If you have shoes upstairs in one of the plastic bins (not on the shelves) we will keep them through next Friday. At which point we will donate them.
** If you want to buy new shoes, we now have a relationship with Reebok. Click the Reebok link on the right to go shopping for a new pair of kicks, accessories or a sweet head-band. Shameless plug indeed. But they do have some amazing olympic shoes and training shoes (Nano 2.0).
