Conditioning: Active hangs, Pullups, Bar Muscle ups, Bike, Core work

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Box Squats
Conditioning: Bent over row, American KB Swings, Pushups, abmats

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Conventional Deadlift
Conditioning: Rowing, Deadlifts, box jumps, oblique work

Friday-
Strength Focus: Clean or Snatch Complex
Conditioning: Double under practice, wallballs, medball run, lunges
