Conditioning: Devil’s Press, Vups, Doubles

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Squat Clean or Squat Snatch Complex
Conditioning: Hang power cleans or hang power snatches, burpees, toes to bar

Friday-
Strength Focus: Pushpress + PushJerk
Conditioning: Pushups, SDHPs, Box Jumps, HS holds
