Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Front foot elevated reverse lunge + Wide Grip Pullups
Conditioning: Rowing, Back squats, pullups

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Sumo Deadlift with pauses
Conditioning: Good Mornings, bent over rows, single leg RDLS, Power Snatches

Friday-
Strength Focus: Clean Complex
Conditioning: Running, Toes to bar, Russian Swings, Abmats, Thrusters, pullups, HPC, DLs, and Push Jerks
