Strength Focus: Farmers and Single arm Carries
Conditioning: Team Partner Workout, bring a friend day!

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Front foot elevated reverse lunge + Dips
Conditioning: Power cleans, front squats, planks, lateral barbell hops, bent over rows

Friday-
Strength Focus: Seated Strict press
Conditioning: RDLs, Hamstring Curls, Rowing, Thrusters, Crunches, Double unders
