Monday-
Strength Focus: Speed Squats
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, Weighted Stepups

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Shoulder to Overhead Complex
Conditioning Elements: Split Jerk, Toes to Bar, abmats, pushups

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Hang Power Clean or Hang Power Snatch
Conditioning Elements:  Box Jump for height, Double unders, power snatches

Friday-
Strength Focus: Hollow Body positioning, Pullups
Conditioning Elements: Rowing, Box Jump Overs, OHS, American Kb Swings, Burpees
