Schedule Changes: Friday we will have an altered schedule and Saturday and Sunday we will be closed. Since we have a limited schedule this week, Thursday will not be open gym it will be a regularly programmed day. Please check tomorrow’s post for a full detailed schedule.
Endurance Note: Endurance will meet Tuesday at the Belmont Waterfront location at 7:00 p.m.

A. Take 15 minutes-
-Never lock out at top
-1 rep = front rack to back rack to front rack
-touch and go
-Strict movement, no use of hips.
-Use slightly wider grip than normal
-locking out at top or resting bar on rack equals a no rep for that attempt.
B. Take 10 minutes-
Push Press: Using 75% of 1RM Push press
C. For time-
7 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95lbs
7 Front Squats 135/95lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
*15 minute time cap
