Hang Power Clean
– Build to challenging working weight triple for the day,
– Goal is to add 5-10lbs each week to working weight,
– Take 10 minutes,
– This is week 4/4 on this progression, building on this power and speed movement.
Every 2 Minutes X 4 Rounds;
Min 1: Hang Power Clean X 3 reps
– Using working weight from Part A.
Min 2: Standing Banded Tricep Press Downs X 40 seconds
12 Minute Quality Amrap
10 X Single Arm CrossBody RDL
– Perform 5 reps on each side
10 X Single Arm Hang Snatch Lunge
– Alternating with each rep for a total of 10 reps
20 X V-ups
20 X Plank Up-Downs
