B. Take 10 minutes-
Romanian Deadlift: 5 Sets of 6 @ 85% of your 1RM Clean
(use 65% of 1RM BackSquat if you dont have 1RM Clean)
C. For time:
Power Cleans 135/95lbs
Knees to Elbows
Bar facing Burpees
