A. Take 20 minutes-
BackSquat or Overhead Squat: Your choice.
-Take 5-7 minutes to build up to your 75%.
-Perform 10 sets of 3 @ 75% of your 1RM
-Rest 45 seconds between sets
-If you dont know your 1RM for either of these movements and/or your fresh with us, perform either movement you choose for sets of 5.
“Not for time Circuit”
Conditioning: 30 minutes
Station 1: 500 meter time trial
Station 2: 2 Hand Waiters walks with KB – 200 feet
Station 3: 21 Unbroken Pullups or 7 Unbroken Muscle Ups
Station 4: 1 Minute Max Effort Med Ball Twists 20/14lbs
