2 on/ 90 seconds off;
Min 1: Power Clean X 3-4 reps
– Rest between each rep
– Starting at 65%, building in weight each round
– Recording loads used for each round
Min 2: Max reps Double Unders
Rest 90 seconds

Min 1: Plank, weight weight if possible
