Hanging “L” Hold – 30-45 seconds
Handstand Hold – 45-60 seconds
Double Unders – 30-50 reps

B. Hang Power Clean with pause– Find your heavy 3
-Pause for 1 second below the knee after every rep.

C. 3 Rounds for max reps: 1 minute at each station
1 minute: Backsquat – no racks 135/95lbs
1 minute: Burpees
1 minute: Rest
