Odd Min: 5 X Pushpress, heavy and unbroken + 5 X Burpee over Barbell
– Using no more than 60% of 1RM C&J
– Optimize up to 5 X HSPU if able
Even Min: Deadlift X max reps X 40 seconds
– Using same weight for both!
