Hang Power Clean
– Build to challenging working weight triple for the day,
– Goal is to add 5-10lbs each week to working weight,
– Take 10 minutes,
– This is week 3 on a 4 week progression building on this power and speed movement.
Every 2 Minutes X 5 Rounds;
Hang Power Clean X 3 reps
– Using working weight from Part A.
Pushups X 20/15 reps
Doubles X 30 reps
– Optimize with 60 Single Unders or 30 Lateral Hops
Rest remaining of each round!
Rest 2 minutes between B1 and B2.
3 Rounds: 2 Minute Amraps/ 1 Minute Rest
75 X Double Unders
– Optimize with 150 Single Unders or 75 Lateral Hops
Max reps X Jumping Air Squats
Rest 1 Minute
