Olympic Lifting note:  If interested in finding your 1RM on the Snatch, Clean or Jerk, please join us at 7pm on Thursday in our Olympic Lifting Technique class.  Ending our 6 week Oly cycle by getting heavey!

A. Take 20 minutes- OLY Tech work.
3 Position Clean: Clean from ground (takeoff/1st pull), from above knee (2nd pull), and high-hang (pockets).
Beginners and or any athlete with mobility limitations in the bottom position, catch into a power position.
Advanced athletes that have experience with this movement and are comfortable with the bottom position of a Clean, please take each pull to a full squat.

B. Not for time Circuit: 25-30 minutes
A) Bulgarian Split Squats with Dumbbells
B) Hi-position Windmills with Kettlebell
C) Partner Banded Sprints
