Movement Prep: EMOTM X 5 Rounds
Tall Clean + Tall Jerk
– 2+2, building in small increments each round
– Stay light and focus on speed under the bar!
Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
– 1+1+1, building to approx. 85% of C&J
– Take 12 minutes
Strength Circuit: 4 Rounds: EMOTM
Min 1: Hang Power Clean + Split Jerk, (3+1)
– Using approx. 75-80% of C&J (heavy)
Min 2: Double KB/DB Squats X 15 reps
Min 3: OH Plate Crunch X 1 minute
Min 4: Rest X 1 minute
