WHAT:  At Home Lifestyle Challenge


  • Complete the Defined At Home workout  = 1 pt per day
  • Eat 3 balanced meals per day  = 1 pt per day
  •  Drink 1 gallon of H2O per day = 1 pt per day
  • Sleep at least 7 hours per night = 1 pt per day
  • Complete the Defined Daily Challenge = 1 pt per day
  • Don’t put your or anyone else’s fingers in your mouth = 1 pt. per day
  • 6 points maximum earned per day!

– Equipment checkout @ Defined: Wednesday, 8-Noon. First come, first serve!

Defined @ Home Workout: Day #2/14 Self-Quarantine

EMOTM X 5 Rounds (15 minutes) or 10 Rounds (30 minutes)

Min 1: 30 Seconds X Double unders, Single unders or Lateral hops + 10 X Quarter Turn Jump Squats

Min 2: 5 X Single Leg Burpees + 10 X Single Arm Renegade Row
– Renegade row can be performed with or without weight, switch arms after each rep or switch sides every round with both the single leg burpee and single arm row

Min 3: 10 X DB/KB Swing + 10 X Single Arm DB/KB Clean
– Single Arm Cleans: perform 5 reps each arm.
**No equipment ?: Perform a Wall Squat X 40 seconds, holding any inanimate or alive object of your choice!

Wod Notes:
Perform the work above every minute on the minute as fast as possible leaving 5 to 20 seconds of rest for each minute. Depending on how much work you want to complete, choose 5 rounds, all the way up to 10 rounds.
