Conditioning Elements: Double Unders, Burpees

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Front Squat
Conditioning Elements: Running, Bear Complex

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Conventional Deadlift with Pause, Dips
Conditioning Elements:  Row sprints, Core work, toes to bar

Friday-
Strength Focus: Turkish Getup, Side Planks, Glute Bridge
Conditioning Elements: Wallballs, rowing, SDHP, box jumps, pushpress
