Conditioning Elements: rowing, double unders, abmats, Sumo Deadlift highballs, overhead squats

Tuesday-
Strength Focus: Strict press, 90 degree Press, Inverted barbell row
Conditioning Elements: Turkish Getup, Single Arm Hang Snatch, Vups, Pushups,

Wednesday-
Strength Focus: Front Squats,
Conditioning Elements:  Pistol Squats, Copenhagen plank, Single Leg Landmine RDLs, Front Rack lunges, wallballs, rowing

Friday-
Strength Focus: Conventional Deadlift
Conditioning Elements: Running, Deadlifts, burpee to target
