Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 3 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 4 or 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to strength training, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Sure thing. Finding your swolmate is an important decision. If you have 3+ months of prior barbell or CrossFit training, start with a 3 day free trial. Signup can be found under our "Programs Tab".
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We do because having to pee during a workout is really uncomfortable. Bring your own towel to use our showers; body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Class always begins with a coach-led warmup, specific to our training focus for that day. Focused strength training happens after, and we always finish the hour with functional conditioning. All workouts incorporate full body movements, and we train in four-week cycles. Focused programming helps our athletes track progress and see changes in capability and body composition.
