CFD Games WOD Details

Open Gym Today:

Come in and work on something with the coaches.  You don’t have to have a game plan, just pick a movement and ask the coach for help.  Power cleans, pull ups, jump roping, squating, deadlifting, kettle bell snatch and the list goes on and on.   The coaches get just as much out of fixing a movement as you do with checking it off your “to fix” list.  Honestly, we love it!

If you somehow have nothing to work on, then just pick a workout you missed from Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.  If you did all those workouts ask the coach for something to do.  We can come up with some great ideas real quick for you.

Why Compete in the Open?

And a note from one of our CFD Athletes:

“It’s that time of year! Pitcher and catchers have reported to their Spring Training locations and the baseball season is coming up fast. If you are a former or current baseball player, and have a desire to continue playing, please check out the Midwest Suburban League Cubs – we are an amateur competitive men’s baseball league, playing on the weekends throughout the summer.

We have a few spots left on the roster that we are looking to fill with talented, passionate players. If you are interested, please check out our website (http://www.mslcubs.com), or email me (Eric) with any questions ([email protected]).
Thank you!!”
