This weekend we have been asked to host another Level 1 Certification for Headquarters. We understand closing for a whole weekend is an inconvenience to some of you and we are doing the best we can to limit how many of these we agree to for the year. Our next one is March 29th/30th as a heads up.
Since we are cancelling our regular classes this weekend, we will offer another Evening option and Happy Hour.
This Saturday: 2/8
5:30-7pm Open Gym
6-7pm: Team Endurance
7-8pm: Happy Hour with your Coaches.
If you missed it last time, here is your chance to join your Coaches and fellow athletes for an Adult Beverage Post WOD. Come in, meet some new faces, make new friends, find a workout buddy to align yourself with, get to know your coaches….

Know your previous heavy 3 and have a plan to beat that number!

B. 20 Rounds: 45 ON/15 OFF
5 Chest to bar pullups
10 Hand Release Pushups
15 Jumping Air Squats
*Start every round where you left off from the previous.
**Complete as many rounds and reps as possible.
