Schedule Changes and Class additions:
Starting this Sunday, we are changing the Sunday Kettlebell class to 9am and adding a Recovery Yoga Class from 10-11am with Yoga Guru Maggie Nelson. These Yoga classes will be held 2 Sundays of every month. Once we see some interest and attendance we will add them weekly!
