B. “Murph Day” Training-
4 Rounds:
Pullups – Max reps, 1 minute
Pushups – Max reps, 1 minute
AirSquats – Max reps, 1 minute
*Run 400 meters
Rest 2 minutes
*400 meter run can be an active rest or full out sprint, you choose the intensity!
