Intermediate: 3+ to 6 months experience, Find your heavy 3
Advanced: 6+ months or more, Establish your 1RM for the day.

Take 90 seconds to complete the following;
Chest to bar pullups X 5
Pushpress 135/95lbs X max reps
Rest 30 seconds

Rest 90 seconds

C. 3 Rounds:
Take 90 seconds to complete the following;
Split Jerk 135/95lbs X 5
Burpees x max reps
Rest 30 seconds
*Recording total pushpress and total burpees completed over 6 rounds!
