Join Defined for SOLID BY SUMMER ACCESSORY TRACKS.

Your Defined coaches bring you SOLID BY SUMMER: targeted accessory programs designed to help you dive deeper into your motivation around health and fitness. Now’s the time to recognize what you’ve always prioritized, OR instead, what you’ve always wanted to prioritize and improve on. We’re here to help you take care of your body so it will take care of you back. 

WHAT: 3-day per week accessory tracks developed by our coaches to individualize your goals and growth. *Depending on your goals, any of these programs can be performed in addition to our at-home training or in replace of it. 

TIME: 10-20 minutes 

WHERE: Accessory programs will be featured and celebrated on Tuesdays. Click links below for full programs

TRACKS: Pick 1-2 tracks and stay committed for the 4 weeks!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

1) Identify what motivates you. 

2) Strive to improve it each day and protect your mind from too much outside noise. 

3) Consistency and intention are all you need to continue your growth, no matter how long you are forced outside of your routine.

APRIL CHALLENGE WEEK 1

Accountability is a great motivator for you to stay on the right track to completing your goals. Find an accountability partner to join in the daily Zoom classes. Reach out to someone who needs some motivation, or reach out to ask someone to help you stay steady.

When life changes, so do our actions. Take this time to start to do some things differently and become the person you want to be!
