10a – Team WOD
11a – Olympic Lifting w/ Coach Noal
** CFD Snatch and Clean & Jerk specialist Coach Noal will be teaching an Olympic Lifting Technique class today focusing on the movements, positioning and control. Experience and weight on the bar do not matter. This is just time to develop lift. See you in class today and make sure to come early to warm up and be ready to move at 11a sharp. Again athletes, this class is not about who can move the most weight. It is about developing the lift and feeling more confident with your barbell.
Endurance Reminder: NO simulated long run this Sunday. Coach Mark is traveling to DC.
TEAM WOD PROGRAMMING:
Strength Endurance – Floor Press Doubles Contest – 10 min
You and your partner have 10 min to move as much weight as possible using the floor press.
