WOD Details: 15 reps at each movement, 14 reps at each movement, 13 reps at each movement all the way down to 1 rep at each movement. Each lift or movement will have its own weight. The deadlift might be at 185, the Bench at 145 and the P. Clean at 105. There will be scaled options for mean and women along with team WOD details as we will do this in teams of 2. Get it in your head that this is not a race, this is quality movement with your teammate. Think of it as a contest for who can move the best rather than the fastest.

Part III – SWOD – 4 Rounds @ 70% speed.
