Strength – 6 rounds (15 Min)
Bulgarian Split Squat x 8 (8 reps each leg)

30 Seconds of controlled bicycle abs
** Add weight any way you can to your split squat.

WOD #1 – 10 Rounds (EMOTM)
KB Swings 2 Eye Level 70/55
** 10 Rounds, 30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest.
** Your goal is to hit within 2 or 3 reps of your 1st number each round. Instead of going super aggressive on round 1 try to hit 85% of your max output and then try to maintain that number for 10 rounds.

WOD #2 – 5 Rounds for time
1000m Row . . then 5 rounds of:
30 Double Unders
20 Ab Mats
10 KB Cleans (5 each side 55/35)
then finish with . . . 500m.
