Death March @ 14 steps (7 each leg)

Details: Alternate between the two movements. Adding weight on the Death March when you need to. Make sure to have a KB in each hand.
WOD #1 – 10! of (13 min Cap):
KB High Pull 70/55
Med Ball Clean 20/14
* 10 reps of each, 9 reps of each 8 of each all the way down to 1 of each. The high pull needs to be heavy; it is meant to be a strength piece. The ring dips are light and the med ball clean is also light, please challenge yourself to get heavier on the high pull. Even if that means that you slow down.
WOD #2 – “Annie” w/ a slight twist (13 min Cap):
50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 of Double Unders & Ab Mats
* After each round (50, 40 and so on) run to the end of the gym and back twice. Down, back, down, back.
