Team WOD Programming: Teams of 3 and a car.

Part 1 – 9 min AMRAP of running, something on the pull up cage and/or something on the floor.

rest a few minutes, record your score on the board.

Part II – 9 Min AMRAP of something with a rower and something else with a med ball.

rest a few minutes, record your score on the board.

Part III – 9 Min ARMAP of  something with a box and something else with a kettle bell (not a KB swing though)

record you score on the board, add up the numbers.  Game Over.
