90 Day Pushup Challenge: Hopefully, most of you have completed your “Base test” on Monday. The Base test will determine your “working avg” which will be the number you base all your sets from for the week.
Monday’s Base Test: Perform 3 unbroken max effort sets of pushups with 5 minute rests in between. Take your average of all 3 sets.
Tuesday-Sunday: Complete 3 sets of pushups using your “working avg”. Do your best to complete each set with the least amount of rest as possible. Rest 5 minutes exactly between rounds!. Focus on form, speed, and full range of motion.
You will be doing pushups everyday! The rest periods and sets will change, but the work is constant!

Single Leg Romanian Deadlift with Barbell: Sets of 5 per leg.
B. Take 10 minutes-
Turkish Getup: DB, KB, or Barbell.
KB or DB: Sets of 2s per side
BB: Find your heavy 1 per side.
C. For time:
Box Jumps 30/24″
