Mobility 7pm: Focusing on Knees to Ankles! If you have trouble with depth in any of your squat variations this class is for you! Come learn the importance of lower leg flexibility and how that relates to almost everything we do.

A. Take 20 minutes-
1 Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats
60%x2 Sets, 70%x2 Sets, 80%x5 Sets
Beginners and Intermediate lifters take the Snatch to a Power position and use this time to work on technique. Stay light to moderate in weight.
B. For time:
10 Hang Power Snatches 75/55lbs
15 Bar Facing Burpees
