Defined Intramurals are modeled after the CrossFit Open: a series of workouts completed by athletes of all levels around the world. 

Why participate? Because when we’re faced by challenges but supported by friends, we surprise ourselves by accomplishing things we never thought we could. Hear from our coaches on what they love most about the Open and Defined Intramurals!
