It’s easy to join: Enter your first and last name in this Sheet and fill out your weekly recovery activities to earn points. You earn one point for each of the following daily activities:
Daily Mobility (Found in SugarWOD)
Recovery Room (Sauna and/or Cold Plunge)
Recovery Yoga w/ Coach Cara

We loved the success of our fall HYROX Endurance Program, and you’ve asked for more: Get ready for our Spring Endurance Program!
We’re excited to launch Defined Endurance, an 8-week spring training program designed to increase your aerobic capacity and improve your endurance. You’ll have access to a 90-minute group training session on Sundays and two “On Your Own” days of optional endurance programming to complete during the week. This program will complement your daily training.
